All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, usually within 48 hours of receiving payment. Unless otherwise stated, shipping to the contiguous United States is FREE. Shipping to Hawaii, or Alaska will incur additional charges. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, nor do we ship internationally at this time.

We are closed and do not ship on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s , Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.

Terms of Sale:
If you receive a defective, or damaged item - don’t worry! Just contact us within 7 days from when you receive the item, and we will exchange it for a replacement or full refund at your preference. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will provide you a prepaid label so you do not incur shipping costs.

Regarding regular returns, please hold onto all original packaging and contents as they are required. We only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery receipt. For these order, customers are responsible the return shipping costs. The cost associated with "to" shipping, will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed.
